Great song choice if you ask me! However,the vocal is too similar to Sr. Samantha Monplaisir... The album is already cut there's not much you can change. My advise, if you would take it, it would be nice if you could try to implement something different at your live performance other than the straight up vocal from the cd! it does not have to be something popular it simply has to be unique to you(vocal wise). As a singer and musician, there are so many stuff i pull out with my guitar that are simply unique to me! I'm not here to downplay your effort you have potential if you ask me.Please Come up with something that will represent you vocal-wise( vibrato, staccato, tremolo, soft fade you name it) at the end of the day you'll be glad you did.

IT'S HILIRIOUS ! THOSE WITH NO PRIOR BIBLICAL TRAINING OF WHATSOEVER USUALLY THE FIRST TO CLAIM THAT THE SCRIPTURE CONTRADICTS ITSELF.

I WOULD ADVISE ANYONE WHO TAKES THE BIBLE SERIOUSLY NOT TO WASTE ANY GOD-GIVEN SECOND DEBATING THOSE WITH A MARGINAL BIBLICAL KNOWLEDGE; UNLESS THEY WILLINGLY AGREE TO PUT THEIR IGNORANCE ASIDE.

2. THE ONES THAT ARE SO EAGER TO DEBATE YOU USUALLY HAVE NO CLUE OR WHATSOEVER ABOUT TEXTUAL BACKGROUND( ANY SERIOUS BIBLE WOULD KNOW THE SIGNIFICANCE OF THIS).

3. THE ONES WHO WANT TO DEBATE YOU DON'T EVEN HAVE ANY IDEA OF THESE TWO: HIGHER AND LOWER CRITICISM.

6. A GOOD KNOWLEDGE IN THE HISTORY OF ANCIENT EASTERN SOCIETY AND THE HISTORY OF THE JEWISH PEOPLE.
7. BE ABLE TO UNDERSTAND WHETHER A PASSAGE IS A NARRATIVE OF NOT. BE ABLE TO KNOW WHETER THIS LESSON IS APPLICABLE TO TODAY'S AUDIENCE. BE ABLE TO SEE THE THEOLOGICAL PRINCIPAL FROM THE PASSAGE
8. BE ABLE TO UNDERSTAND THAT ONE VERSE DOES NOT DETERMINE THE MEANING OF THE ENTIRE CANON. THE BIBLE MUST BE READ IN ITS ENTIRETY NOT IN BITS AN PIECES. THIS LIST IS NOT EXHAUSTIVE BY ANY MEAN.

LAST BUT NOT LEAST, YOU'VE QUOTED SEVERAL PASSAGES AND YOU ALLEGEDLY CLAIMED THAT THEY ARE CONTRADICTING; YOU ARE WRONG FOR SCRIPTURE DOES NOT CONTRADICT ITSELF. CASE IN POINT, JOHN 7:24 IS NOT CONTRADICTING ALL! JESUS WASN'T FORBIDDING HIS DISCIPLES TO MAKE RIGHTEOUS JUDGMENT, HE SIMPLY FORBAD A ALL FORMS OF JUDGMENTAL ATTITUDE. JUDGMENTS BASED ON OUTWARD APPEARANCES CAN BE VERY DECEIVING, HE WANTED HIS FOLLOWERS TO PRACTICE DISCERNMENT INSTEAD.

We watched the live performance and if Sr.Chery was playing that particular song in Konpa this thread would of been on the 15th page.

Gospel music is sacred music, when you mix it with popular music and worldly music its no longer set apart or sacred.

It's a very nice performance. She proves that she has talents. She's not shy and she knows what she's doing. She controls the music instead of the music controls her. She puts the message that she's trying to get accross before the music which is very good. I'm bless by it. Keep it up Farah.
