I PERSONALLY THINK IT'S OK FOR WOMEN TO WEAR PANTS AS LONG AS THEY DON'T WEAR IT TO GET ATTENTION. I NEVER WORE PANTS WHEN I WAS LIVING IN HAITI BUT THE FACT THAT NY IS A COLD STATE CAUSED ME TO WEAR PANTS JUST TO PROTECT MYSELF FROM THE COLD. HOWEVER I PREFER WEARING SKIRT A MILLION TIMES THAN PANTS.

If you're throwing out that verse I can assume that you are for the pants. Because Pants can be worn Modestly and immodestly as well as skirts....

The question should be addressed differently for us in order to see what you are seeking for.Briefly how would you feel if a christian man wear a dress ,precisely I said christian man .its because the word christian makes the difference in this topic .
A woman can wear and do what ever she feels like but once you walk with Christ you should represent:NO PANTS.

Let me start by saying that I am not allowed to judge anybody,OK .But it's a morale and spiritual manner to me ,if we are going back with time the majority of woman did not wear pants at all and mini skirts came in during the 1960s which in fact was criticized by women but down the road pants came along ,OK that's understood .well the christian women did keep their value by not following that step and you may find some until today that never wear pants because they realize ,my opinion ,pants are for men .I' ve seen women in church with pants and the worse part they don't cover their head .
My point is when you are a christian woman anyone should pick you from a line up ,as it stated clearly in the bible in :
EPHESIENS 4:17,18
To answer your question ;Why not? its because if you are a born again christian woman , you should be an example for others :HEBREUX 12:1 and 1 PIERRE 1:14,15
