Oh my Goodness!!! I feel so moved watching the clip toward the end when Blan was testifying with the song GADE M LA TOUJOU. Tears rolled down my face because one can imagine everything Arnel (Blan) has been through to still be here at 50. He gave that song a whole new level, a whole new life.

I couldn't make it there to sing it for him and with him directly because God sent us to Saint-Marteen to bless other people. But Blan's 50 is a testimony worthy of celebration!

You are right Tibob. I used to think of the song says Gadem la toujou is when people wanted you dead and you still here. I never thought of it on a birthday level. I guess when you grow old and you still living you can also say Gadem la toujou.
